Our Sticky Toffee Promise
If for some reason you are unhappy with your Sticky Toffee order, please send an email to our customer care team at firstname.lastname@example.org to let them know you would like to return the goods. We want you to love our products as much as we do. If you don’t, we will gladly pay for the shipping postage!
Orders can be returned for a full refund in the original form of payment if your item is postmarked within 10 days of receiving the return shipping label. You can initiate a return with us up to 30 days after the original date of delivery. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Returns must arrive in new condition with original tags and packaging attached, or they may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please allow for 2 to 3 weeks after we have received the item to process the return and for the credit to appear on your account.
ORDERS & SHIPPING
- Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled for any reason. You are welcome to return the item to us once it arrives with return postage covered by us!
- Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.
- Large orders may require additional time to process.
- Shipping is only available in the US.
- Items ordered together may not arrive together.
- Damages to the merchandise while in transit or defects in manufacturing are rare, but they do occur. If you receive your order and believe it is defective or was damaged in transit, please contact our customer care team at email@example.com and we will be sure to make it right.
