Sticky Toffee Director of Product Development
What do you do for Sticky Toffee?
I am the Director of Product Development for Sticky Toffee, and because we are a small company, I do a lot of different things. I oversee the product development process from concept to sample completion. My main responsibility is to develop new product ideas and work closely with our incredibly talented design team to make our visions come to life. One of my favorite job tasks is market research. I perform market research to understand product trends and customer mindsets to ensure we are always working toward developing relevant products that fuse beautiful, timeless designs with real life practicality.
What is your background?
I started my career with JVS, Sticky Toffee’s parent company, a little over 14 years ago. Prior to JVS, I spent a few years working for a large retailer as a part of their logistics team. I also spent a short time selling real estate, which I hope to do again someday.
What do you enjoy doing when you’re not working?
My husband would tell you I am always working, and he is not completely wrong either. I am always finding inspiration for new products everywhere we go whether we are shopping, dining out, or enjoying the great outdoors.
I live in Northwest Arkansas with my family of four. My husband and I have a teenage son and daughter. Any time we can get away and off the grid without wifi we take advantage. We love camping and hiking, and most spring and fall nights you can find us outside on the patio or around the firepit.
I also have a love for interior design and beautifully built homes. If there is a home tour in our area you will most likely find me there admiring other people’s idea of design. I am always so inspired after seeing how people from different walks of life bring a curated collection of life’s treasures together to create their family’s unique style and story.

What I love most about Sticky Toffee is that we are real people, creating real products for real life. We are committed to bringing solutions to our customers’ busy lives. At Sticky Toffee we design and develop products that are beautiful, practical, sustainable, and timeless. We only develop products we are proud to have in our own homes.
What are some of your favorite Sticky Toffee products?
As the brand’s product developer, I of course love them all, but I do have a couple I hope to never live without. Our hammam towels are versatile and gorgeous. I like to call them our multipurpose bath towel because they can be used in so many ways. They look beautiful hanging in my bathroom. They are perfect at the beach and they are light enough to carry to the gym.
Coming in a close second is our waffle dishcloths. They are perfect for washing dishes, wiping countertops, and cleaning up spills. I love that they dry quickly but the best part is I don’t worry about stains because they are bleach friendly!
